Healthy Habits: Winter Workout Playlist

With the cold and dark winter months draining our energy, it is hard to find the motivation to leave the house to get some exercise in. One way to change that is through a new playlist to get you pumped to workout. Once I discovered this it was just so much easier to get my daily sweat session in or even just go for a long walk since I had new music to lose myself in. Now I am always on the hunt for new songs to turn into a killer workout playlist, or even rediscover old songs that I almost forgot about. So here is my current playlist that I am currently jamming to:
